That's easy, you can update your account information anytime by going to my account and reset password. As long as you are using the same email address as your previous account, you can reset your password and have full access again.
The payment charge is taken at the time of a confirmed order placement. When an order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number. If you have not successfully completed an order, you may see a pending charge on your online statement that will disappear within a few days after the order attempt. Homerunsports.com will only charge for confirmed orders that accompany a generated order number beginning with HRS

We ship anywhere within the 10 provinces and 3 territories of Canada and the continental US.
Orders are normally processed within 24 hours of revieving them. Depending on location, delivery is between 3-7 business days to arrive. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
Yes we do! All you have to do is add your items to cart and choose 'Pick Up' as the delivery method. You will then receive an 'order confirmation ' letting you know we will reach out as soon as your order is 'Ready for pick up.'
To pick up the order, you will need to present your "Ready for Pickup" confirmation email, along with a valid ID that matches the name on the order.

We follow the manufacturers policy and will arrange repair or replacment should it be covered. For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to Home Run Sports along with proof of purchase and your contact information. Please contact us in advance for a RA#. If a product won't allow you to add to cart, the item may be out of stock.
We do our best to keep our online offering current and items will fill in as they arrive. If an item is out of stock, you can submit a request for notification when it is back in stock by clicking through the ' Notify me when available ' button. You will then get an email when the item comes back in stock.
