Do you have a passion for Baseball and Softball? We’re currently looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team at the Home Run Sports Retail Store in Winnipeg. A Home Run Sports Retail Sales Associate will possess a relentless desire to service the Baseball/Softball community. The Home Run team is supportive, cohesive, and driven to lead the Diamond industry with both products and service

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall store image and cleanliness
• Positively engage every customer in-store or over phone
• Maintain product stock levels on retail floor
• Maintain warehouse organization
• Demonstrate product knowledge and understanding
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Must be available evenings and weekends 
• Strong computer literacy
• Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Diverse multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Baseball/Softball sports knowledge or experience a definite asset
• Retail sales experience an asset
• Product merchandising
• Receiving and product handling
• Inventory management
